Using only the finest quality ingredients and lovingly enrobed in our all-butter pastry, our Steak & Ale Pie will tantalise the taste buds! Select cuts of prime British beef are seasoned and properly seared, then gently and slowly cooked in Yorkshire beer with lightly caramelised white onions and fresh herbs for an incredibly rich and intense flavour. What's more, it can be reheated to give two generous portions or frozen to enjoy at another time. Our artisan bakers based in the hills of North Yorkshire have a true passion for everything pastry and sweet! We use only the finest cuts of meats that are then butchered right on site for that extra freshness taste, and we take pride is every stage of hand crafting the best pastries available with a mouth-watering taste! Our pastries are ready to eat hot or cold and are suitable for freezing for up to 6 months. Our pastries and goodies are delivered to you in a unique temperature-controlled box for that maximum freshness and taste. Upon arrival our pastries have a 5-day shelf life and should be immediately refrigerated which can then be reheated in just 25 mins at 180C / 160C fan / 350F gas mark 4 or the large pies for 35 minutes.
